By purchasing a subscription through catstrology.net (“Catstrology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Subscription Plans
Catstrology offers recurring horoscope subscription plans, including:
Daily horoscope readings
Weekly horoscope readings
Monthly horoscope readings
Each subscription delivers horoscope content based on your cat’s zodiac information via email to the address provided at checkout.
2. Billing & Payments
All subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle using the payment method provided at checkout.
Payments are securely processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled.
3. Renewal & Billing Cycles
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Renewal periods follow your chosen plan (daily, weekly, or monthly).
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing. Access to your subscription content will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
No further charges will be made after cancellation.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the content, all subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be provided for:
Partial subscription periods
Unused days within a subscription period
Failure to open or read delivered emails
User error when entering email or cat details
This policy applies regardless of usage.
6. Content Delivery
Horoscope readings are delivered via email according to the schedule of the chosen plan.
While we aim to deliver all readings on time, occasional delays may occur due to technical or operational reasons. Such delays do not entitle users to refunds.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep our service operational at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any aspect of the service with or without notice.
8. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate subscription and cat details
Ensuring your email address is correct and able to receive emails
Maintaining access to your email account
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filtering, or technical issues on the user’s side.
9. Entertainment Disclaimer
All horoscope content is for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional, behavioural, or veterinary advice.
10. Changes to This Agreement
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the subscription after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
